Episode Description

In Part 1 of this 3-Part Creative Ritual Series, Laura leads us through a sequence of breath work, sound healing + a closing meditation designed to access a new depth of our self-expression, unlocking our creative sovereignty.

The purpose of this ritual is to learn how to trust what’s coming through without trying to control it, or to manipulate it into something else that you think would be more desirable or more digestible to the people you’re trying to access. In this practice, you will learn how to speak into something that you actually believe in using the flow of your body and breath.

To prepare for this experience, Laura recommends setting yourself up in a comfortable space where you will not be interrupted. Grab a blanket, a candle, your journal…whatever feels best to access yourself in a safe, free way.

You will need a pair of earbuds/headphones to access the throat chakra sound bath section of this ritual (this takes place at the 44:00 mark of this episode).
