Today, we’re diving deep on a question I get asked often from my students on how to create a group program that feels as intimate, connected and engaged as the membership that I’ve created inside of The Secret Garden 🌹
& every time I get asked this question, I get thrown back in time…because little do they know, The Secret Garden was not my first shot at running a group program or a membership style space. This has been over a decade in the making & the truth is, I’ve ran many group programs that might have been an awesome experience, but they ultimately failed.
The purpose of this episode is to shed some light on why I believe those old programs failed, the lessons I learned from them that have informed the decisions that I make today, and how I’m able to pour so much of myself into that space without burning out.
