In this session, Laura guides us through a playful, explorative & expansive practice that teaches us how to feel into our intuition while separating the thoughts of our mind from the experience in our bodies. Through a little bit of play, movement, sound + breath, you will be led through an experience to unlock the energy of your innate wisdom.
As you move through this ritual, pay attention to the experience you’re having with yourself. Laura brings us to a place of understanding that sometimes, we abandon what we intuitively know we need to try to get what we mentally ‘think’ that we want.
This months’ practice brings us into a moment of simplicity to recognize what’s showing up within our day-by-day, and what edges exist within us. When we can bring ourselves back and give our intuition a chance to speak first, we can lead from a full, heart-centered place.
