If you’ve been listening to EXPAND for awhile, you know that behind every episode there are moments to dig deeper…to explore further..and to meet yourself and your clients in a new way. Because of this, Laura is feeling called to host live, podcast community sessions where we can interact freely, be fully seen, and feel deeply understood.

In these live sessions, which will be held a couple of times a month, Laura will be guiding us through breathwork practices, rituals, & exercises to help us access different parts of ourselves, like creativity, intuition, and emotional regulation. The sessions will also include room for Q+A to help us take the knowledge and perspectives from the episode and implement them into our daily lives.
