We spend a lot of time talking about the ways in which we’re holding our clients on a deeper level. When we hold our message back from being heard just because it isn’t fully formed or refined, we’re missing a major opportunity to lean into our next edge. This ‘messy’ stage is one of the most beautiful parts of your journey as a coach…and it never fully leaves you.

We’ve moved through so much together over the last six months, and one of the most profound shifts that she has moved through is her ability to hold space for herself to allow inspiration to flow through her rather than existing in a constant state of trying to do more and gripping onto what she feels she can control.

As you open yourself up to working with your clients in a deeper way, there’s this messy middle zone where you’ll have a handful of clients who linked arms with you when you were only working with people on weight loss…when you were only talking about the very external, very tangible pieces of a client’s journey. Things like protein intake, or adherence strategies, or very surface level habit change protocols. I want to invite you into a different kind of conversation. A conversation that invites in vulnerability.

When you’re vulnerable about how you’re feeling, it invites in safety for your clients to be vulnerable about how they’re feeling. When we can swim around in that together without getting triggered by each other, we get to have our experience around what’s coming up and we get to co-create a path forward together. Owning this opportunity is the magic in your evolution.
